RETURNS POLICY

Return of Goods to Safehinge Ltd (“the Company”) is strictly permitted for up to 45 days from the date of dispatch, after which point the Company is under no obligation to offer any refund. 

A completed Stock Returns Form must accompany the returned goods to allow the Company to identify goods. The correct Safehinge order number should be marked clearly on all boxes. 

In the event of a refund being issued, the Company will reimburse the Customer for the resalable value of goods with the following charges deducted (where applicable): 

1. Inspection and restocking fee equal to 25% of the original value of the goods. 
2. Any outgoing / return carriage charges incurred by the Company. 
3. Any additional re-kitting costs if kits have been unpacked by the Customer. 
4. Charge for any lost, damaged or missing components or packaging.
